Circuit Schematic Design

With the conceptual and requirement input provided by client, eGreen will translate it into a full functional Circuit Schematic Design. The Circuit Schematic Design work covers Power Management, Microcontroller Unit, Analag & Digital Input/Output, Communication Interfaces, Power Controlling and etc. The Circuit Schematic Design will then be implemented on PCB Artwork Design.

PCB Artwork Design

eGreen is capable of designing PCB Artwork in single layer, 2 layer, 4 layer, 8 layer and up to 16 layers. The PCB artwork design is optimized for application specific, such as minimizing noise level, minimizing EMC/EMI, miniature design with space constraint, high power design, unique board layout for special enclosure, and etc.

Production Test Jig Design

After handing over the final design to the clients, eGreen may provide service to clients to assist in volume production run. Most of the production run will need the engineering support to design the Test Jig for quality management. This will minimize the failure rate in volume production run, and reducing significant cost in troubleshooting the defective device. It will also minimized the chances of delivering defective product to end customer, which impact the reputation of the company.
